WZB-1 isa kind of thin wall wrapped bearings made of tripple layer compositesmaterial which consists of a steel backing, a sintered porous bronze particlesinterlayer and calendered with PTFE and Pb mixture as surface layer.

This isof low friction coefficient, antiwear, anti-corrosion and can be used withoutoil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is of low cost, lowvibration and low voice, compact and light, and can form a transfer film ofPTFE which protects the mating surface from scorring.

WZB-1 iswidely applied in various sliding articles of different kind of machines, suchas printting machines, textile machines, tobaccomachines, gymnastic machines, hydraulicvehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agriculture and forests machines and soon..
